HVAC Install Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Cline’s AC is looking for a driven and strategic HVAC Installation Manager to lead our residential and commercial installation division with expertise in estimating, sales, operations, and team leadership. In this role, you will oversee the entire installation process, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining compliance with local codes and regulations. You will work closely with customers, contractors, and suppliers, driving revenue growth through accurate estimating, strong sales execution, and seamless project coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee HVAC Installations – Manage all residential and commercial HVAC installations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

  • Lead & Develop a Top-Tier Team – Recruit, train, and mentor HVAC installers, fostering a strong culture of accountability and performance.

  • Drive Sales & Estimating – Work with sales teams to develop accurate estimates, create proposals, and close deals with homeowners and contractors.

  • Pull Permits & Ensure Code Compliance – Obtain required permits, ensure all jobs meet local codes and regulations, and coordinate with inspectors as needed.

  • Stay Up to Date on Rebates & Incentives – Keep current with available energy efficiency rebates and tax incentives, ensuring customers maximize savings and the company stays competitive.

  • Register Warranties & Process Documentation – Ensure all HVAC systems are properly registered for manufacturer warranties and all necessary paperwork is completed for each job.

  • Customer Follow-Up – Maintain high customer satisfaction by following up after installations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a great experience.

  • Manage Operations – Oversee job scheduling, material procurement, and workflow coordination to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Financial Performance – Track budgets, job costing, and profitability, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

  • Customer & Vendor Relations – Build strong relationships with customers, builders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven leader with 5+ years of HVAC management experience (residential & commercial)

  • Strong sales, estimating, and project management skills

  • Ability to motivate and develop teams while holding them to high standards

  • A business-minded professional who understands financials, budgets, and profitability

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

  • $70,000 - $80,000.00 (Depending on experience) plus bonus incentives
